How exactly will Payroll Stored Value / Debit Cards save us money?
Companies spend billions each year in printing checks, moving to a completely paperless payroll increases cost savings and creates efficiencies throughout the payroll department. How? By decreasing check fraud exposure, eliminating escheatment, reduces banking fees and streamlining payroll administration.

Is it federally insured?
Yes.

How does it benefit my sales agents?

How many ATMs do they have in a sample city?
The number varies depending on the size of the city. Click here to locate ATMs for the particular city in question.

Are there withdrawal limits? For example if someone earns 25k in commissions, how many trips can they make per day?
There are withdrawal limits set by the ATM machine provider as well as by PAYtran. But because the software for the Internet platform we use is controlled by PAYtran we can easily change our ATM limits if necessary.

Is there a fee when the member uses the ATM?
Yes. We charge a typical fee of a $1.50 as stated in our price sheets. The ATM provider can and usually does charge a fee as well.

What information do you require for each card holder?
Other than the basic  information required by the company during the application process, no additional information is required for the card holders.

Are the funding limitations negotiable?
Yes, once again because we control the software we can change the amount individual employees can extract from the bank.

What languages do you provide customer service?
Currently customer support is available in English and Spanish.

Is there a per card set up fee?
No, after the initial purchase of the card there are no additional fees.
