As a service to you, our valued customer, PAYtran has provided an online solution for your billing concerns. Be assured that we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL), an Internet industry standard, and state-of-the-art encryption to keep your information secure.

To dispute a charge to your PAYtran card, please complete the form below. All fields other than URL are required. In case of errors or questions about your electronic transfers, telephone us at 1-866-PAYtran or Email us at cardholders@PAYtran.com as soon as you can, if you think your statement or receipt is wrong or if you need more information about a transfer listed on the statement or receipt. We must hear from you no later than 60 days after the date of the FIRST statement on which the problem or error appeared.

We will conduct an investigation based on the information you provide. We will contact the merchant involved and you will be notified within five business days with results to our inquiry. We will determine whether an error occurred within 10 business days after we hear from you and will correct any error promptly. If we need more time, however, we may take up to 45 days to investigate your compliant or question. If we decide to do this, we will credit your account within 10 business days for the amount you think is in error, so that you will have the use of the money during the time it takes us to complete our investigation. You may ask for copies of the documents that we used in our investigation.

  • Your PAYtran Account Number to which the disputed item was charged.
  • The Date error was posted to your account.
  • Description of disputed item as it appears on your statement.
  • Your Email Address so we may contact you if further information is needed to investigate the dispute.
  • Your phone number so we may contact you if further information is needed to investigate the dispute.

  • The URL to the website for which you have been charged, if applicable.
  • A detailed description of why you believe the item has been posted to your account in error.
